It was January 1994 when Michael Easter asked longtime friend and employee, Ron Rael, if he would be interested in becoming partners in an already growing Bay Area windows and doors company, Full Spectrum Industries. Ron agreed, and the name was quickly changed to R & M Quality Windows and Doors.
For over 17 years now R & M has remained a thriving business dedicated to providing impeccable customer service and efficiency in everything they do. During R & M’s 17 years of business they have been A+ rated with 4.5 stars through the Better Business Bureau. Their dedicated and trusted work has also managed a 4.5 star (out of 5) customer rating on Yelp.
R & M is licensed by the California Contractors State License Board, and as ALMA certified Installation Masters, Ron and Mike are hands on owners. Between the two of them they have 52 years of experience, displaying long term knowledge of installation and sales; Mike handles sales, while Ron handles installation. As a team they are understanding of customer’s needs, and display great communication skills by always being available before, during, and after the job. They make sure everything is done right, take care of any problems, and always stand behind their work.
